Our History
            CARIF Sarl was incorporated in July 1987 by Guy de la Serve, a consultant working on the technological aspects of  bread  and pastry. His objective was to respond to the demand for additives designed for the emerging market  relating to frozen dough technologies (in 1982 he filed a patent application with a co-inventor for a quick-freezing  process ) .

In partnership with DLS Développement (1990) , CARIF sister company in the consulting and training industry, our  team has introduced new technologies to some of the largest companies in France and abroad . ( Japan, United States,  Spain, Portugal, Germany, United Kingdom, Morocco, Romania, Mauritania, Cameroon, to name just a few ,…)  In 1998, CARIF S.A. obtained ISO 900 1 : 2000   certification , a testament to its investment in quality control systems and  client satisfaction . In 1999, its  Export  department  was created, under the direction of Gaël de la Serve . In 2002, the company expanded its milling activities by creating a team of specialists and by acquiring the most advanced equipment for wheat and flour analysis and bread-making testing .

Currently, CARIF's research laboratory uses cutting-edge technologies for its direct bread-making, part-baked, frozen dough, ready to bake and non-proofed ready to bake bread-making processes .
